What materials are used in your candles? 

At Soliscandles, we use 100% natural soy blended wax, which is clean-burning and environmentally friendly. Our candles feature lead-free cotton wicks and are infused with high-quality fragrance oils to create captivating scents.

How long do your candles burn? 

The burn time of our candles can vary depending on the size and specific fragrance. On average, our candles burn for approximately 55-75 hours. However, it's important to follow the burning instructions provided to maximize the candle's lifespan.

Are your candles safe to burn around children and pets? 

While our candles are generally safe to burn around children and pets, it's important to exercise caution. Always keep candles out of reach of children and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Additionally, make sure to place candles on a stable surface away from flammable objects.

How can I maximize the scent throw of your candles? 

To ensure the best scent throw, we recommend burning the candle in a well-ventilated room. Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each use, and allow the candle to burn for a sufficient amount of time to create a full melt pool. This will help release the fragrance evenly and enhance the scent throw.

Are your candles eco-friendly? 

Yes, we are committed to sustainability. Our candles are made with natural soy blended wax, which is a renewable resource. We also use recyclable packaging materials and strive to minimize waste throughout our production process.

Can I request custom or personalized candles? 

At this time, we do not offer custom or personalized candles. However, we are always open to feedback and suggestions. If there is a specific scent or design you would like to see in our collection, please let us know, and we will consider it for future releases.
